Provider and scope

JH-IT Services — Jonathan Hamende, Try à Fourche 1, 1430 Quenast, Belgium. VAT BE0755.866.455. Contact: info@jh-it.be. These terms, dated 24 October 2026, cover domains and VPS ordered on this website. Web development and server management require a separate quote.

Orders, prices and activation

The summary specifies the service, term, setup costs, VAT and renewal price. Online ordering is available to customers established in Belgium under standard VAT rules. Payment is due before activation. Receipt of payment does not confirm activation, which depends on checking your details and supplier availability. If activation is impossible, JH-IT will contact you to agree on a solution or refund the service not supplied.

Domains and servers

Domains are registered in the named registrant’s name, subject to registry eligibility rules. Check spelling and contact details carefully. Domains do not include a website or email service. Linux VPS plans are unmanaged: unless separately agreed, you manage applications, updates, security and backups. Use services lawfully, without spam or interference with third-party systems. This store makes no additional availability commitment.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The initial term and price are shown before payment. Renewals are paid in advance; this order does not authorize automatic recurring debits. A reminder is scheduled 45 days before expiry; online payment must be made at least 7 days before expiry. Request cancellation at least 30 days before expiry through your client area or by email. A request remains pending until its end date is confirmed. Without renewal, a service may be suspended and then deleted: retrieve your data before it ends.

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw by a clear statement to info@jh-it.be or the postal address above. You may write: “I withdraw from the contract for [service], ordered on [date], reference [order], name and address [details].” If you request early performance, a proportionate amount for services already provided may be due. The right ends after full performance with your prior consent and acknowledgement of this consequence. Refunds follow statutory deadlines, normally 14 days after notification. Your statutory rights remain applicable.

Invoices, support and data

Invoices and credit notes are available in your client area; structured electronic invoices are sent to businesses within scope. For complaints, email info@jh-it.be with your order reference. Necessary details are shared with payment, registration, hosting and invoicing providers to fulfil your order. The privacy policy describes your rights. Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections.
