JH-IT Services
Website terms of use
Version dated 27 October 2026
These terms explain how to use jh-it.be and your client area. Purchased services remain subject to their offer and specific terms of sale.
Publisher and contact
The website is published by Jonathan Hamende, a sole trader operating as JH-IT Services. Address: Try à Fourche 1, 1430 Quenast, Belgium. Enterprise number: 0755.866.455; VAT: BE0755.866.455. Contact: info@jh-it.be — +32 474 08 62 99.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover browsing the website, forms and the client area. An enquiry or request for a quote does not, on its own, place a paid order. Before a purchase, you are shown the service features, price and applicable terms. The terms accepted when ordering and mandatory legal rules govern that service.
Website access
Browsing is free, apart from any internet connection costs. Some functions require an account and verification of your email address. Maintenance or incidents may temporarily interrupt access. If this affects an existing order, you can contact JH-IT by email or telephone.
Your client account
Provide accurate information and keep details needed for your orders up to date. Keep your password confidential; do not give JH-IT your banking security codes. Report suspicious access promptly to info@jh-it.be. Billing documents and service information in your account are personal.
Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and respect third-party rights. Attempts to access other people’s accounts, malware, fraud, spam and actions that disrupt the website are prohibited. JH-IT may restrict access proportionately when abuse is identified or a security incident requires it, without removing rights attached to existing orders.
Content and projects
Texts, creative work and graphics are protected by their respective rights. Customer brands and projects remain attributed to their owners. Portfolio screenshots illustrate the work at a particular time; the websites concerned may change. Uses permitted by law remain allowed. Contact the rights holder before reusing content beyond those uses.
External links and services
The website may link to clients, domain registries or suppliers. Those websites apply their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not automatically extend the services included in your order. Each party’s responsibilities remain those established by the contract and law.
Data and cookies
The privacy policy describes data processing, its purposes and your rights. The cookie policy explains trackers and the choices available. Accepting terms of sale does not constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing communications.
Liability and statutory rights
JH-IT takes reasonable care over the website and its information. Please report errors or difficulties so they can be addressed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and do not reduce consumers’ statutory rights. They do not alter guarantees and obligations attached to a purchased service.
Complaints, applicable law and updates
Send complaints to info@jh-it.be with the information needed to handle them. Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. Attempting an amicable resolution does not remove your right to bring proceedings before a competent court. Changes to these terms are published with a date and do not retrospectively alter terms of existing orders.
